Well howdy folks. It's Elder Durante here on the last day at home. It has been quite some time since the last time I've written anything, so I'll try to update you all with the things I did. I would like to say that it was a very lit experience with a lot of "waiting" at home to be called again. I spent a lot of time with family. We've gone out to ride dirt bikes, shoot some guns (where I got tagged in the eye with spent brass), and celebrated many events (Mothers Day, Graduation for
Will/Rachel, etc...). Not trying to brag, but I put in some work and turned out to be quite the COD player in Warzone. I DESTROYED KIDS! Anyways, I worked a bunch at the chocolate factory and helped my family out whenever they needed some extra help. I had an awesome opportunity to teach about missionary life and a lesson to the youth and leaders in my ward. It was a great way for me to get in some practice teaching in English and was an even better refresher of how the mission life felt! I was officially reassigned to serve as a missionary of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in the North Carolina Raleigh Mission. I leave tomorrow (5/19/20) at 7am and I'm soooo pumped! I will be serving there for the remainder of my mission or until Brazil opens back up. I will be in a smart phone mission and a bike mission, so that's pretty lit. Sooo much has happened over this span of 7 weeks, but I've never been more ready to get out and serve the people in this last dispensation. I'll catch you all on the flipside kkkkk.
